Slim Fit Dual perforated
The dual-layer foam of the long, narrow Slim Fit Dual Medium Formthotics cushions and stabilises. On top of a medium-density Formax base sits a softer, more comfortable top layer.

The forefoot area of this insole is perforated. This allows better air circulation, keeping your feet cool and dry for longer. The slim shape fits perfectly in narrow sports shoes, and the subtle colour is inconspicuous in any leather or casual shoe.

Why do feet need support?
You might think that, after thousands of years, humans would have perfected walking upright by now. So why do so many of us need medical insoles to support our feet and give them stability?

Our feet were made for soft ground. However, for around 200 years we have mainly walked and run on hard asphalt, stone, wood or concrete floors, and our feet are forced to flatten and twist with every step.

Many shoes don't support the feet. High heels, narrow toes, shoes that offer no support or don't fit properly cause unnecessary discomfort. The insoles in cheap shoes are flat and provide no meaningful support for our feet.
