Comfort Single Firm 3/4
Formthotics Comfort Single Medium are narrow, short insoles. They fit perfectly in pumps and other elegant shoes that are too tight in the toe or heel area for full-length Formthotics or higher dual-layer models. By supporting the heel and arch, they still ensure optimal foot and leg position and leave enough room for adjustments, for example with wedges, if needed. The Comfort Single Firm model is lightweight, firm, durable and, thanks to its dark colour, virtually invisible in most elegant shoes.

Why do feet need support?
You might think that, after thousands of years, humans would have perfected walking upright by now. So why do so many of us need medical insoles to support our feet and give them stability?

Our feet were made for soft ground. However, for around 200 years we have mainly walked and run on hard asphalt, stone, wood or concrete floors, and our feet are forced to flatten and twist with every step.

Many shoes don't support the feet. High heels, narrow toes, shoes that offer no support or don't fit properly cause unnecessary discomfort. The insoles in cheap shoes are flat and provide no meaningful support for our feet.
